Found it outside the fence of the front yard of 205 San Mateo Drive. The balloon remnants were in a small tree and the string was in a larger tree. The sonde was on the ground below the larger tree. Knocked on the front door of the residence but no one answered the door. Saw the Ring Doorbell as I was walking away and decided against ringing it, only to explain the scenario to the home owner via the doorbell. There was a couple walking by when I first walked up to the sonde and they were questioning what it was. I had a brief conversation with them explaining its purpose.
