Radiosonde X5210334 recovered by KD5GIV

It was on the owners fence and the string went up across the street up to the powerlines across the street. I just snapped the string at the sonde and dropped the string under the pole where I assume the parachute is. I was there before dawn, so I couldn't see up the power pole. I didn't want to try to yank it down.
