Radiosonde 26018396 recovered by Fastalkr

Found sonde, balloon and parachute next to shop on 229. I made contact with a nice lady that let me get it. She seemed interested in the weather balloons. It had a large amount of latex still attached causing more weight than ones I have seen. Most of the balloon was still there. #4 for me
