On DPW waste water treatment forest. Nice chat with Amy at office. Learned something new. I am use to seeing treatment plants next rivers where treated water is discharged. First time seeing it being discharged in forest. Lots of sand for filtration! Found payload. String cut so could not find other end. May not have had a reflector on it OR it is on tree top somewhere.
