Radiosonde X0535068 recovered by KB3ZOX

38.94842 -77.11501 Payload on ground after fast decent. Parachute recovered from high in very tall trees. Only neck of balloon came back and parachute was not twisted by balloon line. Must have been a parachute failure. Noticed ring was still at top of parachute held by the safety hook.
