Radiosonde W0710579 recovered by WB8ELK

Hanging from a tree right next to the railroad bridge. Dangerous to walk across the bridge but a local Sherriffs deputy stopped by and hiked up the steep incline next to the bridge and recovered it. Sonde on ground. Balloon in tree
