Radiosonde X5121218 recovered by Larry

Payload must have just barely cleared the powerlines. Landed in tall grass in marsh. Parachute up and over snag. Parachute landed
marsh grass. Able to hook payload and pull it to shore. Able to recover parachute with substantial damage being pulled from snag. Extremely dry conditions, seeing large dust tornadoes in farm fields.
