Radiosonde X3513313 recovered by TSI & co.

Teamwork! I notified my colleague. He went to check and found both sonde and balloon remains on the ground, string over tree. Cut the string and got everything collected. First recovery for him. (What have I done! What if he got hooked?! ;)
