Radiosonde 4A3BF3E3 recovered by OtherHand

A sweet recovery for multiple reasons. First, it was an iMet-4, which is a very unusual model in this neck of the woods. Second, it was launched from UC Riverside, who have never launched sondes before to my knowledge. Finally it was tracked all the way to the ground by the Toro Peak tracker after apparently slipping past its public tracking filter. Was right at its projected spot, and required only a 600' walk.
