Radiosonde 23060116 recovered by Daphne

Got really lucky (again) with this one - if it had continued on for 50 more feet, it would have ended up in the lake. Actual recovered location was 36.4991400, -84.5042275. Only the stub of the balloon was left, and the sonde and lead string were laid out very nice and straight in the center of the cul-de-sac.
