Radiosonde 23061396 recovered by VE9QLE

Went out at midnight to hear its exact position, but didn't venture off into the forest. Today after work I went back and picked it up. It was about 100m from the road, and the trees weren't very dense. It was stuck in a tree but it was thin enough that I could just bend it over and pluck it off. Got the parachute/balloon remnants too!
