Was able to use the drone to snag and pull the parachute off the roof. Then used the long pole to free the sonde from the gutter. Everything is covered in black rubber stains from the rubberized roof. Amazingly, even after all that, the temp probe is intact and undamaged. Thanks to KQ4GRS for the final position spotting.

Balloon landed inside a fenced in tractor-trailer storage lot, however the gate was open so I was able to get permission from a nice lady in the office to retrieve the sonde. The chute/balloon was on the ground, the sonde itself was hiding out on top of one of the trailers.
