Radiosonde 26020400 recovered by WJ2B

This was my 25th Upton DFM17 recovery! Was stuck up about 10 feet in a small tree right next to the road. Was able to reach the string and pull it down for a fairly easy recovery. Left string, parachute and balloon remnants for the homeowners to try to figure out what they are!
