Radiosonde X0535067 recovered by KB3ZOX

Only bits of styrofoam blowing around in road. Parachute, balloon and lid 1 block west of landing location. Must have got snagged by a vehicle and dragged along road. Did not find air pump or battery pack. Larry parachute is not performing better. This is second one found with parachute lines twisted up
