Radiosonde 23009980 recovered by Shemp

Finally got around to getting some of the tagged ones. Forest looks like it was hit by a hurricane. Really bad winter storms this year. Power line is about 8ft off the ground. Have to duck under telephone lines. Payload resting up against tree. Not much rust which is a good sign.
