Radiosonde X3132696 recovered by Shemp

Arrived and no radio signal. Field very flat and saw nothing in the field. Talked with homeowner (old lady) said she was out all day. Did not let us go in field to look for it but it really didn't matter as we could see everything out there. She didn't want our contact information in case she found it. We are pretty sure someone got it (maybe owner tossed it and was afraid to say ... just weird!!!)
