Radiosonde 23053523 recovered by Shemp

Tagged, went and saw the forest was being clear cut. Forgot to go back and ask the lumberjacks to recover it for us. Just got around to going back there, did drone flight. Found balloon neck and string on ground. Most of the string appears to be stuck under a pile of branches. Not getting a shovel to dig that one out. Recovered by Mother Nature under a pile of slash.
