Radiosonde W1310873 recovered by Shemp

drone flight confirmed in tree, took a few wind storms to drop down close to ground. Homeowner is mostly likely a very private person. Many no trespassing signs all over. Left note on mailbox post. Texted us for location, sent location and that was the last time we heard anything. We tried a few times, with no response. Marking as homeowner recovered.
