Radiosonde 21038256 recovered by Shemp

First trip, was a couple months after it landed no sign. After about 6 total trips and many eyes looking, we are gonna call it has been recovered. Reason; there are two monitoring wells right in the predicted landing zone area with a trail down the hill to them. The trail is well traveled. It is unclear why there would be two very marked serial number wells in the forest other then some type of contamination from a spill. We usually find remnants after sometime, but there is nothing. So mostly likely recovered by forest personal.
