Radiosonde 25034014 recovered by N0GIK - MATT

HAPPENED to be heading north on 169 to the Perry Repeater site to meet with K0WOI, when I spotted the familiar orange chute and wadded mass of white balloon in the mud. On the way south, I took the very short walk in on the frozen muck to wind it up. Pix posted on Central-IA-Balloon-Chasing groups.io site.
