Radiosonde X1524449 recovered by ae5ez

Sond and chute were hanging over a 750k hightension tower at the Henrietta Creek substation. Baily and his crew used a long fiberglass pole to entangle the sonde and pull it free from the high tension tower. The string parted, so they had together a lift together up to the chute and balloon remnants and remove them to keep from having a phase to ground incident. The did so while the line was still under power.
