Radiosonde W4774093 recovered by WB8ELK

Balloon barely in the yard next to a driveway...sonde was on the other side of fence but easy recovery. Line was draped over power lines and cable TV/phone lines but sonde and balloon were on the ground near the fence. - Bill WB8ELK
