Radiosonde X1142103 recovered by Rockchalk846

The parachute and balloon were recovered successfully the radiosonde was off to the side of the all torn up due to the fact that that it landed in the middle of the highway saw part of the spool (if they have them) but the parachute was doing great for being in the median of the highway for 20min.
