Radiosonde W3120801 recovered by Guanton75

Balloon was found on Columbus Rd, detached from the Sonde. Sonde was found further down the street, caught under the tire of a car. Sonde had clearly had been dragged, and caught by the car tire. Got lucky it didn’t get pulled down Dublin Blvd!
