Radiosonde 23022443 recovered by Shemp

Finally got down there. Found remnants of balloon and parachute in tree. Located about 20ft of string of end that was tied to the payload in small tree. WWFF has a unique double string at payload end. String appears to be cut with scissors or knife, very clean cut not freyed. Looks like it was recovered by someone or it is buried under 2 years of leaves. Clearly it is not in the tree. Found a vintage cork medicine bottle.
