Radiosonde 24048594 recovered by KS4NG

Update. Recovered. The balloon stem was all that remained of the balloon. The parachute was in a tree and the sonde on the ground. Remnants of the balloon were previously found on another's pasture about 300-400 yards away on another’s farm.
