Radiosonde W3020053 recovered by KB1SQX

Public land, parking nearby, and short walk made for a perfect recovery. Brought a friend to experience the recovery. Parachute was upside down and tangled but otherwise everything was in a small pile on the snow. Final location was ~70m from last report: 43.18331, -75.51898.
