Radiosonde W3120224 recovered by Shemp

Nice walk on NW trails. Most of trails in good conditions, as you get closer to marsh the trails are getting over taken by vegetation/thorns. Balloon close to shore edge, payload 100ft away on other end of the string. Payload water damage, heading to the scrap bin.
