Radiosonde W1150896 recovered by TSI

My first from snow.
GPS telemetry was heavily disturbed in last part of flight, but luckily, restored about half km before ground. Apparently fell under jammer, but not under closest receiver station. Due to GPS issue, bust timer was never activated.
