Radiosonde 24015431 recovered by LittleJoe

Drone lift out of pond. Nice lady. Construction guys enjoying ducks on pond. Easiest lift to date. Very strange failure. Tie wrap must have broke. String still attached to eyelet and locking tab but everything else is gone. No chute, cardboard tube, rubber, balloon neck. Odd!
