Radiosonde 23077397 recovered by T-800

Found sonde stuck in the top of the tree with the chute/balloon remnants hanging down to about 12’ above ground level. After some gentle tugging with the recovery pole it dislodged and was able to be successfully recovered. Interesting fact - the woods behind the nearby shopping/commercial building show signs of heavy flash flooding, and the ground is littered with white and yellow golf balls (along with lots of other trash and debris).
