Radiosonde W0950104 recovered by KE2CBK

looked for this sonde yesterday during my lunch break , but didn't have any of my tracking equipment on me . went back out this morning with a suggested lat/long from friend of the effort Joe , and found it on the ground . someone had cut into the styrofoam but the board looks undamaged
