Radiosonde W1856773 recovered by Ve3dmu

Rough bush on the Carp ridge almost impenetrable in places, but found sonde dangling 30 feet from a tree. Traced the string to another tree where the balloon neck was snagged low enough that I could cut the string and work my end up and down to free the sonde and lower it to the ground. unfortunately, that bush was Tick City.
