Radiosonde V3121069 recovered by Rockchalk846

Unusual recovery-- the balloon was almost fully intact and partially inflated. The spool never unwound, and maybe the sonde popped it. We saw it land, which is very unusual here. Could have caught it, except at the last minute it veered over the water. We had to run to the store to get some string to help fish it out of the pond.
