Radiosonde W3130834 recovered by KB3ZOX

Normally these posts are about owners who are curious. But not this one. GPS showed it on back roof of a house, and young owner went back there with me to retrieve it. It was not there and GPS was bouncing all around. He then asked me to leave the property. After returning to the car I saw a couple bounces over 5 minutes to the next door neighbors house. After walking the neighbors house saw string in pine tree near property line and RS41 un against the foundation. Left note and returned the next day to retrieve it from normally accepting neighbor. With the lot lines being only set back 10' from property lines, the GPS accuracy is not that good under trees and near structures.
