Radiosonde X0414944 recovered by RobG

Spotted the parachute and balloon stub entangled high in pine trees not far from predicted landing site. Visually followed the cord high above and the sonde was swinging about 20 feet up from the branches of a tree which I climbed! As I reached for it it raised up a foot higher! But then lowered again. Must have been a branch high up blowing in the wind. It's been over 50 years since I climbed a tree and I was shaking when I got down haha
