Radiosonde 24066520 recovered by KI7WOA

Recovered about 30 meters south of predicted position. Recovery made in heavy rain. Initial contact was made 400 meters away with handheld FT-60. Very weak and radiosonde antenna was found to be laying on a wet flat rock. Radiosonde appears to have hit the ground hard and styrom foam case was damaged.
