Radiosonde X0224398 recovered by Vuchaser

Finally had time during the day to get out and hunt down. Chute was atop tallest of new growth trees that clearly have taken full control of an old open space. Payload was upstream on second tallest new growth tree, but was dangling at one pole length extention to cut from string/chute. #1 of 2025.
