Radiosonde W3021190 recovered by Shemp

Nice farmer, nice chat about harsh environment on houses on eastern shore. Payload found hanging off a 10ft tree. Very tough 300ft walk in marsh. Payload in good condition when coming out of the tree, got damaged on way out of the marsh. Payload heading to students, parachute hanging to HU.
