Radiosonde 24015431 recovered by Moe

On drive back to NH. Swung by and caught nice old lady leaving while drainage construction going on by her yard. Easy drone flight to pull payload out of pond. Balloon, chute missing and plastic tie wrap broken. Failure in flight??? Unknown.
