Radiosonde W1731017 recovered by gariac

Found at 37.56929 -122.03365. Radiosonde on ground. Balloon up tree. I spent about 10 minutes yanking the string, trying to clean up but it was hopeless. Some guy was literally parked in a car next to me and watching. I figured best to cut the cord and get out of Dodge before I have to explain a weird hobby to the cops.
