Radiosonde U3024616 recovered by Vuchaser

Chute is in garden next to Reynolds St with string over the top of the house but sonde is in planter. Homeowner was working at home and when asked if it could be removed she did not want us too and would dispose of/contact someone else. Assist by BJax
